• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• What are the specifications for custom-made products?

  Custom-made products are all one-of-a-kind creations, with the idea that when you open your package, you will get a product made just for you!
  If you wish to order a custom-made product with a colour theme or character design, just include it in the notes section of your order!
  Custom-made products will not include any logos or characters (e.g. the 'Barbie' logo, or Hello Kitty) unless specified but will include lots of kawaii bows and lollies.
  If you are not satisfied with your custom-made product, contact me to discuss options.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
